It is quicker and easier to submit an eConsult using the NHS App. Adult/Child health problems - use this for problems for which you think you need to see a GP. Sicknotes, tests or routine requests - this should also be used to request medications. However, a lot of the these queries are easier with the NHS App. You can request your repeat medications and view test results directly from the NHS App without the need to even submit an eConsult.
